Pin Codes Covered:

We currently deliver to most pin codes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please mail us at hello@pulito.in.

Delivery Charges:

Please write to us at hello@pulito.in in case of any queries.

General Delivery Time:

All orders usually take a delivery time of 3-10 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) within India, from the purchase date.

For international orders, please expect delivery in 12-20 working days.

We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we do offer 48-hour shipment based on available capacity. For this, please write to us at hello@pulito.in and we will try to make it happen. Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 199 per product would be levied for the same.

Exchange/Return/Cancellation Policy

Our return/exchange policy is extended only when goods to be returned are in a resalable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt.

Full Price Standard Merchandise

Return/Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product. You have to email at hello@pulito.in from your registered email id to trigger the request.

COD Orders

Prepaid Orders

Full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.).

Discounted Standard Merchandise (Including SALES, OFFERS, PROMO CODES etc.)

All refunds for discounted merchandise (Prepaid & COD) are issued as Gift card only.

International Orders

Exclusion from Return/Exchange

Products can be replaced only in case the products delivered are damaged/defective.

Handling charges of INR 95 applicable on all orders below INR 1000 are not refunded in case of any return.

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange:

Cancellation:

Orders are cancellable for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email hello@pulito.in. After 12 hours, your order is already under processing and we are unable to cancel or change it in any way.
